How do I access my ebooks and audiobooks?
After ordering your ebooks, look in your email for a message from BookFunnel. They are my ebook distributor. The email will contain links to the books. You will choose the ereader you use and the ebooks will download to your device.
For audiobooks, you can listen right in the Bookfunnel app. It's simple to use. If you have any difficulty with it, just click the Bookfunnel help link in your email - they are a great group of friendly people and will be happy to assist.

How long does delivery take?
Ebooks are delivered immediately on payment; look in your email for a message from BookFunnel with the links to the ebook(s).
Print books are delivered from a print distributor and can take two weeks for delivery. I wish I could offer the speed of Amazon, but that just isn't possible as a small business. Please be patient and know that your book is on the way and you will be receiving tracking information along the shipping journey.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
