How Do I Access my ebooks?

After ordering your ebooks, look in your email for a message from BookFunnel. They are my ebook distributor. The email will contain links to the books. You will choose the ereader you use and the ebooks will download to your device.

My ebooks aren't here. What do I do?

No worries! Send me an email at kim@ktblakemore.com. I will get BookFunnel right on it to help you. They are very friendly and nice.

How long does delivery take?

Ebooks are delivered immediately on payment; look in your email for a message from BookFunnel with the links to the ebook(s). 

Print books are delivered from a print distributor and can take two weeks for delivery. I wish I could offer the speed of Amazon, but that just isn't possible as a small business. Please be patient and know that your book is on the way and you will be receiving tracking information along its shipping journey.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

I try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so I accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page (https://shop.ktblakemore.com/policies/refund-policy and follow the instructions.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments made through the store are PCI Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information.
